We know that strength training is one of the most important tools for sustained wellness, especially as we age, positively impacting everything from metabolism to muscle mass, bone density to brain function, hormones to heart health.
But we could all use a little extra motivation and support when it comes to moving our bodies.
All fitness levels are welcomed, all goals, every body.
Our small group cohorts are an innovative training model for people craving the intimacy of 1:1 support and the camaraderie of a group experience.
Progress at your own pace, with the guidance of an empathetic and expert coach, in the context of a supportive community celebrating your successes.
Twice weekly in-studio sessions guide members through skillfully designed training programs that encourage self-trust, body awareness, and strength-building. Cultivate proper form and technique for injury-free movement and increased strength and mobility. Each session begins and ends with a mindfulness practice.
Experience shame-free support, meaningful motivation, joyous community — and results you can feel both inside and outside of the studio.

Friday Community Fitness Class
60 min Coach led Fitness Class, less strength, more sweat. Fun, fast paced, conditioning workout to balance out the strength training session. Open to all members from all cohorts. Offered most Friday mornings, time may vary.
BodyWork Sessions
Our bodywork expert Sukho will provide you a custom-tailor treatment to your needs today. You will leave feeling more mobile, with more space to move and decreased tension and pain.
