Fitness Union is a welcoming space for folks brand new to lifting as well as those who are ready to deepen their existing movement practice.

90% of our members have never picked up a barbell before they come into the studio. They don’t know the difference between a kettlebell and a squat rack, a deadlift or a row. (And honestly, that doesn’t matter!)

They just know they are ready to feel better, to be stronger, to move with increased mobility — to lift something heavy, without hurting themselves, in a space free from judgment or shame.
